Daniel J. Caron is the Research Chair for informational resources exploitation at the University of Public Administration (ENAP). He studies the impact of digital technology on how government and public organizations function through an information lens. Among his fields of study are program evaluation and Indigenous-related public policy issues. His career has included research, teaching and management. He has a masters in Economics from Université Laval and a doctorate in applied human sciences from Université de Montréal.
