Jessica Leblanc

Jessica Leblanc is a member of the Québec Bar and holds a master’s degree in property law. She is mostly interested in the implementation of collective projects through legal tools of private law and in the transformations of property under the constraints of social and environmental evolutions.

Since fall 2020, she works as a project manager for Territoires innovants en économie sociale et solidaire (TIESS) to study the creation of social utility trusts applied to the intangible field of digital data. She is actively involved in the implementation of two pilot projects aimed at testing and understanding the social innovation of data trusts.
